Awesome people that work there, the customer that bad mouthed a short brown haired girl probably came in with an attitude, these ladies that staff Grafton Chessis could not be more professional or nicer, thank you ladies. But whoever did the application process on the internet needs to make it simpler and directions better!!!!!

They have some very rude employees. More specifically one brown haired lady that works the drive thru & lobby windows. Very short & had a lot of attitude. Don't bring your negative energy to your workplace when you work with the public.

I've been a member for a long time, and I have never been disappointed in the services this credit union offers. If yo are not a member join as fast as possible.

Their app has come a long way, but it's still unreliable. I seem to get locked out of it more often than I can successfully login to it. I can never reach anyone when calling to resolve issues or ask a question; I'm on hold for extended periods of time. It's extremely frustrating.

Terrible customer service. The phone representative was rude, kept interrupting me and would not even attempt to address my concerns regarding my account. I have been a member for almost 10 years and have never been treated so poorly. I will be closing all my accounts and do not recommend anyone else to use their services.UPDATED 1/7/2020: Management contacted me and addressed my concerns as well as repremanded the individual who was rude to me.

Been with this bank for almost a year now, truly nice staff there and they are willing to help out with any problems. Joining and setting up a bank account was a breeze and wasn't overly complicated, especially for someone who is starting for the first time opening an account. They explained everything and I got my card fast, checking my balance is easy as well! I really appreciate Chessie for the positive experience.

I’ve been a member of Chessie Federal Credit Union almost since I was born. The folks at the Grafton Branch have always been helpful, kind, and welcoming. I have very fond memories of the old location on Barrett St. and of attending the grand opening for the current location in 2021. It’s always nice to be met with a smile and a kind word, because the folks that work there are our friends and neighbors. I’ve always been proud to be a credit union member, and I recommend joining this one to anyone!

The folks at my local branch are very nice and helpful. I’ve enjoyed the professionalism of the staff. My review has to do with something else entirely. I’ve also enjoyed being a member of Chessie until now. Hold times on money after transactions seems suspicious. If there is more than enough money in an account then hold times are short. If there is just enough money in an account for a transaction then hold times are longer. This makes it easy for the account holder to overlook and make a purchase. Then the the credit union immediately removes the hold causing an overdraft or multiple overdrafts. There is definitely something suspicious going on. In these hard times every penny counts. I've been through this multiple times and now I've decided to leave Chessie Federal Credit Union.
