If I could rate a zero, I would. PNC Bank almost cost us the purchase of the home by forcing the seller to do things in the home inspection we did not need done. They asked us for the inspection report, which, we have learned they should never do, then sent the entire report to underwriting costing the seller so much unnecessary expense that he almost cancelled the deal. These were things we did not need or want. This was a terrible experience and thank God the seller worked with us through this mistake and spent the money to repair the unnecessary items
