They definitely don't run their business by the state regulations they're supposed to use. They've now illegally given my pawn record and info to "certain persons" without having the necessary documents and permission from myself or any type of complaint or warrant. I've now taken legal actions due to the severity of the situation. I don't suggest ever believing that they keep their customers info confidential, because I have gone through this a couple of times before.
