This has to be the worst bank I have ever had in my life, I highly don't recommend this Bank you should go with more well know banks instead of this one like bank of America ECT. First off when you call the automated banking system it wants you to put in your bank account number instead of your bank card. Second off whenever you decide to move or change your phone number it is almost impossible to get that fixed at all! I have had this bank for 2 years and they have made it almost impossible to even get a brand new card sent to my new address, they were sending my new bank card to my old address. Least of all but not last of all of the issues I've had with this bank is they decided to turn off my bank card while still using it and send a new bank card to my old address without even telling me any of this! When I went to go pay my bills that's when I found out because my card was deactivated so I had to physically call the bank and ask what was going on with my card and then get told that they deactivated my card and sent me a brand new one, which I never received until July when they shut my card off at the end of June. I'll definitely be changing banks once my taxes hit my account cause I'm absolutely over this bank.

This is a great Bank! The employees are very friendly and knowledgeable. The bank offers many services. Most importantly to me, however, they give back to their community.
