Not the best banking option for sure. They have constant problems with my debit and credit cards it’s a nightmare getting the new ones activated (every time) and then you cannot use them half the time for possible fraud. Fixing these issues typically takes multiple trips to the actual bank, they’ll tell you its fixed but you’ll be back in. If they determine your favorite online fly shop to be a fraudulent charge good luck getting what you need. The texts and 1-800 number to remedy this don’t work. They are open on Saturdays but don’t answer the phone so that’s not helpful. Really going down hill. I’ll be switching to converse county bank this week just tired of the hassle. It’s sad to see really used to be a great bank I was a proud member.

I've been banking with Reliant for over 12 years now and am very happy with my experience. From auto loans to kid CDs, the staff has always been friendly and helpful. I like how I can deposit checks remotely and do just about everything I need anytime of the day with the mobile app.

Service really isn't that great, they can't make change on Saturday and I end up going to the east side branch to get what I need done and far more professional people. Wish I opened up my account with that branch.

Their antiquated and downright persnickety banking attributes leave me frustrated and consistently letdown. I pay my bills, and try to be an honorable member of society, their website has a glitch (to their credit, I have no idea whose fault that is) but ultimately, I the customer am stuck with yet another fee with zero willingness to consider the distinct possibility of fault on their side of the issue.
I left them as a customer for numerous card/debit/account issues and have an auto loan which will be my last with this institution.
All that to be said, banking should be easy and stress free, there is technology out there, use it. This isn’t the 80’s Reliant FCU

I don’t know what’s going on with Reliant lately, it used to be such a nice place to bank. Over the Last 4-6 months they have had issues with being short and rude, rushing you though even when they don’t have anyone else in line (especially with the drive through). It feels as though I am an imposition when going for a simple deposit. Their drive through lane lights and screens are off on Saturdays, you can’t even tell when they are open. They started a Monster money program for kids, nobody seems to have a clue how to manage the program and what’s worse is they don’t seem to care. There comes a point when members will tire from feeling like an inconvenience to the staff.

If I could leave “no stars” I would.... I am not a customer but after my experience I will never be a customer.... Every time I go in there (for my father) it is very unprofessional... they are not attentive to their customers and seem to be a little chatty in the back. Today I paid my dads car payment via drive-thru and heaven forbid the teller acknowledge me both arriving or leaving after transaction! Horrible customer care!
