I've done business with a number of banks over the years with multiple types of accounts. Bank of Jackson Hole is by far the most unprofessional of them all. Every time I withdraw cash, they ask what I'm using my own money for... yet, they never ask any questions when I wire money into my accounts. Which brings me to my next complaint, this is the only bank I've ever had that charges a $15 incoming wire fee. All my other banks never charge for incoming wires, only outgoing wires. Good luck trying to get anyone on the phone at the local branches, ever since their latest merger/buy-out. I am in the process of closing out all my accounts with BoJH and happy to take my business elsewhere.

While better than the Major Banks, BoJH could do better job servicing its customers. One recent addition to their services is Zelle, which is pretty worthless. They should have saved their money and invested it in something that really offers some advantages to their customers compared to other money transfer programs (Venmo, PayPal). BoJH was recently bought by another corporation and it is going to be interesting to see how it changes its operations, if at all. Stay tuned

Since merger happened horrible customer service. The previous owners had the best, easy to use app and website. That all changed with the new owners. The new app is not user friendly at all. Same with the new website. You used to be patched through to the local branch when you called in. That is no longer the case.

Since the takeover there's been one problem after another. The new app is definitely not user friendly, is down half the time and now you can't even access your account online. Worst service ever!!!

All branch phone numbers unstaffed since merger. I spent almost an hour total trying to speak to customer rep. App is no help either.

Terrible customer service! Since this bank was bought out by a public company they have lost their way. No longer trying to help people and they blame their new corporate policies. You can bank at larger banks and get better service than this no-longer local bank. Zero stars.

WAS a great bank whose customer service was unparalleled. NOW, the worst bank I've ever dealt with since takeover by NBH. I had both a personal and a business account. I'm glad to finally be out. I would give them a zero rating if possible. I don't see how they can stay in business given their discriminating clientele. It will be a good day for the locals of the Jackson Hole region when they finally announce bankruptcy.

The drive through needs work! The employees that man it are hard to understand and are extremely slow. I was the only one in line and waited 20 minutes. I have also been there almost every day and its the same issue. Onetime I was there for 20 minutes and no one even noticed I was there. Please Please work on your training
