I’m 8 months pregnant and asked to use their bathroom before the Halloween stroll. I was rudely told no. It was 15 minutes before the event started and there was no one around. Don’t participate in an event with public if you can’t deal with the public. Will never use this bank and will encourage others not to either.

Believe the negative reviews and skip this bank! It is a real nightmare. I would give it zero stars if I could. It is truly a case of the right hand not knowing what the left hand is doing. The customer service agents sound like they are all seventeen years old, and they have no clue. Furthermore, it is impossible to get a straight answer from anyone. They are not outwardly rude, but it is like they are trained to be difficult from the very start. When you ask for a manager, they say they are one. When you ask for a superior, they say someone will have to call you back, and nobody calls back. Was going to move my personal checking and business accounts to this bank. Thankfully, just working with their horrendous on-line system along with a call to the bank and customer service were enough for me to know better and walk away. Thank you, First Bank of Wyoming, for being outwardly horrible, or I may have wound up with an account there. If your holding company, Glacier Bank, is looking to make a profit, then they are backing the wrong horse.

Funds put on hold, was told after seven days the hold would be released. Now all of a sudden its a ten day hold. Every time I've called I get a run around. Put on hold, so and so is away, etc. Highly inconvenient considering I am out of state and cannot go there in person. The moment I am back in Wyoming I will be closing all accounts at this bank. Please do not waste your time here, they have been far to incompetent in the past. Friendly does not make up for bad service.

Edit to add: the strategy of posting on a review that the business cares and will reach out to address the concerns, then making zero attempt to contact the customer in any way (including returning my follow-up call yesterday), says more about First Bank’s customer service and general ethics than anything else in my review.
Original Review: For small, simple transactions and requests, First Bank does well and if you’re careful, there are few regular fees. But when it comes to more complicated transactions or helping customers with financial issues, questions, or procedures, First Bank’s senior staff seems not only incompetent, but to intentionally be difficult and dismissive.
They are very small, and have limited hours with absolutely no help outside those hours. Most of their operations get shuffled to Glacier Bank, which is like their ‘parent bank,’ but there is no warning or explanation about which bank will handle what or when, nor anyway to figure out who you need to work with or contact. Glacier Bank is even more difficult to work with, and has reminded me in the past that I’m not their customer and I should be grateful for any help I get from them-an attitude that makes successfully conducting business difficult if not impossible. Plan to spend several hours and make multiple (3+) calls for any questions that can’t be handled by a front-desk teller at a First Bank location.
Their locations are also only in a few states, so if you travel at all you’re almost guaranteed to pay ATM fees. The one in-town ATM often doesn’t work, so even in-town I paid fees regularly if I needed cash outside of the bank’s normal hours. They advertise their app for mobile banking, but it’s hard to use, slow, and only offers extremely limited functions.
Overall they’re a cute throwback to banking 20 years ago, but frustratingly hard to work with and very limited on modern conveniences.

I have been with this bank for 41 years and I will be taking my personal and company accounts out of this bank after the way i was spoken to in the drive through today. There are many choices in this town and they treat and talk to you like they actually care that you came in.
