I did an online chat with a very kind and helpful associate, Justin, I believe was his name. I was seeking a copy of my most recent account statement to be emailed to me. While we were chatting, he was able to email the statement to me, and was very cordial, knowledgeable, and cheerful. A very speedy and efficient experience and solution to my query, and I will remember to do other chat sessions when I have a question, problem or need.

The young man who helped me at the drive-thru on Mon, Sept 26th is always pleasant... has a smile on his face... and is, in general, an affable guy. He used my name & made good eye contact. He makes me feel welcome and even though I do not often use the drive-thru it is nice that he seems to remember me. He also quickly handled the transaction and asked if I needed any other assistance. I did not get his name, but my receipt shows he is Teller Number 258376.

I always go through the drive thru and the girl was SO sweet. She complimented my jacket and I felt like she was one of my bestfriends, even though I was giving her all my money for my car payment. I don’t know her name but everyone has always been friendly in the drive thru.

I live just out of Cabot. But Cabot’s will not order my $2 bills. I have asked, told, begged for 6 years. No go ! So I opened a primary account with Regions Bank and I get what and need for good grades A’s and tips . Regions make money off mine. Not AFCU.

The new manager is awful. The entire dynamic of the place has changed. I am now looking for a new bank with a decent manager and customer service. I would NOT recommend this bank to anyone now. It was great a year ago but sadly is very unprofessional now and customer service has become a thing of the past. If I could give them less than 1 star I would

My first time visiting this branch in Conway. They were very nice and helpful. They were busy and seemed to be handling it well but they could have used a extra person to help in lobby or drive thru. They transaction went smoothly.

We’ve had mixed service with Arkansas Fed. There’s been times that they have been very easy to work with but recently there has been several issues that have happened. The biggest issue was when we got a loan with them to pay off some credit cards, some of the payments they sent went through just fine and others weren’t filled out correctly causing them to get sent back. Which in turn caused late fees for us as well as interest charges. It’s been frustrating because in the past they have been really good to work with. My suggestion would be if you work with them to handle anything you can on your own.
