I have never been in this building, typically I go to Beebe. I currently live out of state. I keep Centennial Bank as my bank even though I’m hours away from the nearest one because of its customer service. Deanna, forgive me about spelling, answered the phone for me at 6:50, helped me order checks, told me I ended up having an account that got free checks, and even gave me the common courtesy of an actual conversation as if I wasn’t keeping her over. Thank you very much and I very much recommend Centennial Bank to anyone, and as a poor college student who doesn’t have much money to lose, I trust this bank with it.

Can’t get ahold of anyone over the phone. They are supposed to have a call center but no one answers. I’ve been on hold for 30 min and it keeps telling me estimated 8min wait time. They put holds on your debit cards with no call or notice. I made two purchases online and they shut it off. Horrible customer service and communication!
