Today I come up to the window and the lady that is helping me is very rude and not only did they take forever but help everyone else around me before they help me I've been here already for 35 minutes and I'm still waiting I do not recommend this bank to anyone wish my job could change it

Customer service at the teller windows has really fallen off. Typically there is only one teller at their station. Long waits.

Don’t get me wrong I like this bank but they need to better train their clerks. They also need to tell their clerks they need to communicate with each other. I now have a family member who needs an account for the military and now has to wait because one clerk said to apply online it would be faster because doing it by paper will take 15-20 min if the main clerk isn’t busy, now being told it will take a few days. Thanks for honoring potential service members.

This place has really gone downhill. I used to enjoy banking here now it’s dreadful. We will be banking somewhere in the future. Was there last month, one lady was there to let them know they deposited her money in wrong account, same day girl shorted a guy 100.00. Same day Was asked when depositing check from gieco if I was expecting it, no honey I had no idea! then asked what it was for, Really? is that any of your business? Could have been communicating things I wished I had known that day. No communication skills for important information. Thanks though. There are plenty of banks around that we can use.

My husband passed away suddenly in May 2022, and I need to close his two accounts with the First SouthWest Bank in Alamosa, CO. I don’t live in Alamosa and can’t go to the bank. Since December 2022, I sent multiple email requests and left multiple phone messages with the bank, but nobody from this bank at Alamosa office responded to me.

Extremely unhelpful staff while trying to set up an online account. The regional branch manager sounded like a sales person, repeating the same line and not answering the question I was asking. Did not offer any helpful solutions to the error message on their online application and was not patient. I'd recommend using Community Banks of CO. Their online application is way easier
