Garbage bank that doesn't know how to keep up with the times and blocks you from paying your bills please choose any other bank

Very friendly and down to earth very professional and knowledgeable in their field . I would recommend this bank to everyone. Amy Gonzales was being trained her instructor was very professional and friendly .SLVF is lucky to have such great assets with them as employees. Keep up the good work .

The bank is ok, there is some hidden fees they don’t talk to you about, I had this bank for 5 years and they just seem behind in technology. The app is ok. The biggest thing that gets me, these guys never answer the phone. Doesn’t matter on which location I call. So your telling me I have to drive 25 mins just to get a simple number that a wonderful representative could have given me over the phone. The feel bad for the older clients.

Worst bank experience ever! Too many policies. Too many fees. Employees are clueless and always have to ask another employee.
Business Card constantly gets denied use on websites due to possible fraud- buying a computer on best buy is not fraud. Buying paper and office supplies online isn't fraud.
Wanted to charge me 25 cents per page to print statements. $17 annual fee plus $10 a month is ridiculous.

My husband and I had an amazing experience going through the pre-approval process for a mortgage with Valerie. She was extremely helpful, and answered any and all questions that we had. I really appreciated how transparent she was about the process, and that she didn't pressure us in any way- she wanted us to make the best decision for our family. I have had consistant problems paying my Line of credit at San luis valley Federal Bank. They have told me they have no way for me to pay it using a debit card or through my routing number and account number through the bank I use to pay this payment. It is 2023 you'd think a federal bank would have that capability? Every single bank I have ever used has this capability, but not San luis valley Federal Bank in alamosa Colorado.
