Academy Bank, Brighton, CO

I've been banking at Academy almost 8 years no one has ever been Rude to me, They always greet me with a smile, So helpful, Kind and patient. Mr. Via lobos, No sign So that's an extra bonus for me, My deaf daughter is always with me and she sees this. Also I was there this week, I'm not good with names The 2 girls that were there are always very very nice With me also. I would not change banks unless I move out of Brighton. Kudos to them.

IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD. DO NOT BANK AT THIS DUMP. RUDE STAFF AND AN EVEN RUDER MANAGER. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE CLOWNS.

Horrible bank! Had a few fraudulent charges to our account from a family fun center that is permanently closed and that we have not been to in 5 years and they won't do anything about. I do not recommend giving any of your money to them! I would trust a crack head with my money before this joke of bank!

A great and most helpful branch will go above and beyond to help and has the best branch manager!

I called the Brighton branch so someone can help with a refund. Katie Lucero instantly did not like me and immediately said she could not get the refund and provided wrong information about their refund policy, I asked for her to transfer me to customer service and she denied that too, so I asked for the number and she did provide it. Called customer service and spoke to Zane, he kindly informed me about their new policy and WAS able to get the refund! I truly believe Katie Lucero is not there to kindly help others and should not be serving the public if she wants to choose who to be kind too.

Calia Lee was amazing! She is so very nice and handled everything with professionalism! People like her make everything so much better.
