Ypu customer service is cold and it suckw. Lacking proper human interaction. Seems like you reps either don't want to be there or reading from a script, you can't hear enthusiasm nor passion fir the customer.
Your wntiry is just hungry for over draft fees and weired enough monitoring how transactions show up in different order to serve that purpose. If a call is made to talk about that, the first answer is , it's automated and there is nothing I can do
In other words " Mr customer eat #$%^"
I usually take pride into leaving positive reviews to celebrate people that go above and beyond, yet I a leaving this review as one star because you went above and beyond in ruining customer service.
FYI the team from Valley bank was unparalleled

Stopped by the bank this morning, not sure what was going on with the lady that helped me, but she was super moody and short with me. Made me feel as if I was a nuisance to her. From now on I will only go to the other branch in Brighton, much nicer folks there.

Get ready. Now that Valley Bank and Trust has been brought out by TBK you will immediately notice that they have lost the personal and friendly interaction with their customers that they have had for years. Here is my experience the last two days: New employees are not friendly (even rude), they will NOT help you as before take care of banking needs and services, and you will wait a long time in the lobby to see a teller when there are about 8 available employees sitting around talking. I am very disappointed and will be looking for another bank. This is not customer services as it has been.

This bank provides the worst customer experience ever. The conversion from Valley bank to this bank has brought the customer service of this entity to the ground.
The old team that used to be customer front was freindly curious and would make sure to go an extra step for their customers.
This acquisition have created a sour taste,
I do not recommend banking there.

TBK Conversion AWFUL!! I have several complaints regarding the new conversion from Valley Bank and Trust to TBK. The Online banking setup is RIDICULOUS! This is the most insane situation ever. I have 3 companies and 5 different accounts that I do not have access to. On top of that I cannot access any previous records from 2017 without incurring a fee. The only notification I received was one letter via USPS stating that Valley Bank was bought out. No email or other notifications regarding loss of records or online banking access. I am at a point now that I may close all my accounts and move to another bank. The worst part is I love the employees and the relationships at my local branches and none of this is their fault but they will be the ones to feel the brunt of this horrible situation. UPDATED: I was contacted by my local branch who did assist me with getting old records and rectifying the online situation. I will update again after a longer period of time with tbk. I am willing to see how things go for a while. 2nd Update: TBK has gone above and beyond since my last update. The staff is wonderful and I am more than happy I stuck it out through the transition. They really have risen to the challenge of better communication and have definitely gotten back to that home-town bank feel and I couldn't be more pleased. I will be banking with TBK for years to come!!
