ACE Cash Express, Greeley, CO

Walked into this location for all of 8 seconds, stepped outside to read the sign on the building to make sure if I was in the right place. It was hotter inside then it was outside. For a second I thought I walked into the back room of a kitchen or an engine room. The employees looked miserable. I could see the sweat drip down their faces. I actually went to the fast station across the street to get a the lady I was working with some ice cold water. What’s going on in here?

My cashier Norma, was awesome she really helped me being my first time last week and today was just as amazing. Great people skills and very polite and helpful.

Better then Walmart money service. Don't even waste your time just come see Norma she gone get you in and out, great customer service!!!!!

Norma was very helpful and patient while assisting me with my transaction. We kept running into issues with my bank and she took the time to ensure that we figured out the issue. She was courteous and professional and I will definitely be doing business with her again.

I have known Chris for quite a while. She’s very helpful she gives very good customer service, and takes care of me in a timely matter. Very good person.
