This lady named Carla that works at this bank is really rude and unprofessional. Please learn people skills and be more humble.

I was looking to consolidate a couple of credit card payments. I submitted my information on the website just looking for details on what they offer. Found out they put in really fine print somewhere that you “authorize a hard credit check” if you submit this information as it’s “considered an application”. Would have been nice to know. I just wanted information!!! I don’t want to go into the office to get pressured into what they offer, I just want to read about it. They require you to enter all of your info to “get information”. They need to make that more apparent on the website that they’ll ding your credit instead of burying it in fine print. I think they do that so they can say “well we did the hard credit check already, so you might as well come in to talk about your options” like she did with me over the phone. They won’t be getting my business, because now I don’t trust they will be transparent in other business with me.

This is the 2nd time I have worked with Dulce and One Main and it has been a great experience both times. Quick reply and communication has been good and prompt. I do however wish there was a direct line so as to call and actually speak to a person instead of leaving a message. Other than that I'm happy with this company.

OneMain is very helpful and professional. I had my loan is minutes. Easy payment plan and on what day I wanted it. I highly recommend!

Karla wasn’t very nice or helpful throughout the process. Would forgot to call me back sometimes so I’d have to call back the next day to check on the process of my application. Then didn’t have any appointments for 5 days once I was approved. Then when I get there she start to tell me that I still needed to provide proof of a pay stub? Saying I provided the wrong one? Why wouldn’t she warn me about it for the 5 days she had before our appointment? I sensed the vibe from the first time she gave me attitude on the phone that she wasn’t going to be helpful and she definitely kept that attitude the whole time all the way tell I left from signing paperwork. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to this branch.

As always Karla was great and she explains things so I understand them . She is good at what she does and very patient. The bank itself was little hard to find but over all clean and friendly

The worst possible service over 2 weeks of back and forth, even after approval I'd call and get told Damian is in a closing... I was approved and I literally told the Manager Espy, if Damian can just give me a call I just want to close out … More
