I have to call the bank and approve every single online purchase or they turn off my card. This is insane. Yes, my purchases happen out of state, because they're ONLINE. Have these people never heard of the internet?

This bank is the worst bank for business. Do not bank here. There customer service is terrible. There websites do not reflect the correct hours of being open for business. This is due to covid they say. What would opening on regular hours have to do with that? Nothing. It's a ploy to be open less hours to pay there employees less wages, provide less service. They can't even update there website hours of service to reflect the change. For over a year now. I'm moving banks today!!??

I was an account holder for about a year before I got fed up with this bank. On more than one occasion the chargered me for over draft fees even when I had the funds deposited. When I called on this matter I was told they had "chosen" to process certain transactions first because they felt they were the most important even though my deposits should have cleared first since they were made first. I was also charged overdraft fees for reasons like "our computers went down." after a particular fiasco I asked for my balance again since some money was not refunded because they were only allowed to refund so much even though it was their error and they missed the amount by over $200. After the last "computer error" I closed my account completely.
Low and behold when I go to open another account elsewhere they have listed as owing them a few hundred dollars keeping me from opening a new account. When i called for an explanation I spoke to 4 different people and no one could figure out what was going on. They gave me two numbers to employees who are on vacation. My last call they gave me the number of a collection agency so I could pay off this money I never owed them with still zero explanation for what it's for.
Conversely, I worked with Home State Bank on a similar issue, more than three years after the error and received all the information I needed and was able to straighten the whole mess out in an afternoon.
I've really never dealt with a worse bank. They did the same thing with my husband's account causing him to close as well. Its absurd. The fees changed constantly, the checks were super expensive and services that are free with just about any other bank are charged. I had to cancel a check and I had to fill out an application to cancel the check, have it approved, be interrogated by a bank employee and still pay the fee. When I've canceled a check anywhere else all in had to do was say I wanted to cancel it and pay a small fee. No application/approval process. And I only ever canceled that one check!
Go anywhere else instead of these crooks. Teach me to pick a bank because it's walking distance....

I had to give a star in order to leave a review i would advise other to go to any other bank than this one here my recent troubles with this bank is a debit card ordered the second week of oct. We are in December now and they give me a run around its at the post office well the Greeley post offices claim they dont hold mail come on Guarantee Bank dont yous care for yoursl customers.they send me over to customer service because they dont want to hear the concern i tell you this bank is not good..I have a friend who banked their closed her account because they were depositing her money in another girls account with the same name.

Extremely disappointed in this bank. Very unorthodox, unprofessional establishment. Tellers (mainly manager Michelle) will give you information that you later find out is inaccurate. They have horrible customer service, and they down right suck at their jobs. I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS BANK!!!

More fees, inconvenient locations, and my cards are always refused. The people in Eaton were friendly, but the customer service line people were grumpy. Then they closed Eaton so time to close accounts.
