I spoke with Autumn today. She was extremely friendly, personable, and professional. She was just a delight to talk to. She was detailed and great at her job. She was able to solve my problem quickly. While I think I was a pleasant customer, I could see how she would be calm with a not so happy customer. I wish I could talk to someone like Autumn every time I call any customer service. You've got a great employee! Thank you!

I would give them zero stars if I could!! I was served with a summons for an amount due under 500 dollars if you can Flippin believe that. No letters or calls before this, other than a letter saying they had a breech of patient info. I see a lot of doctors so it would be hard for me to recognize the company name on that notice. I have arthritis in my spine & have had a lot of procedures. It was not a shock that I may have missed a bill. My medical paperwork is 3 inches thick.
When I called them to pay in full, I asked why they didn't just call me. They said they did. I asked if that was true then why didn't they leave a message (I won't answer to numbers I don't know, who does?). Ariana's answer? We aren't authorized to leave messages......all I could do was laugh. That was the dumbest answer I have ever heard!!! The way these people operate is beyond ridiculous & wrong. It's no surprise that their ratings are awful. It's no surprise they had a breech in their security. All I can do now is hope they take what I owe & dismiss the summons like they said they would. Oh, and pray my private information wasn't taken for someone to steal from me.

As a Mortgage Loan Officer, I was in need of some last minute documentation for my client in order to ensure that we were able to close in time so that my client would not lose the home he is trying to purchase. I paid a medical collections debt in full, and despite the legal requirements to report that payment, it is still showing as unpaid on my credit report. My next step is forwarding this matter to my lawyer. It doesn't take 6 months to report a paid in full to the credit reporting agencies.

I just got off the phone with Poulet. She was incredibly unhelpful. She could not provide proof of me owing this company a debt. Since I have not signed anything that says I owe this company a debt, this company has illegally bought this debt and is attempting to collect a debt I do not owe. I asked for an itemized bill and she said she couldn't help me. It has to be done by mail. This company is a scam.

This company has been a full-on stress to work with. This company doesn't care about your health. Physical or mental. Years ago, I made a payment plan, and for some reason they stopped taking out payments out of my bank account. Reminder that they have my phone number and email so if I can't respond (because most of us work during the day) they could've left a voice mail indicating what they want or send me an email. They want your consent to record but ypu cant do it to them because theyre afraid to mess up in their end. They used to send me an email when a payment change was made or an upcoming payment was going to be deducted. It all stopped all of a sudden and then recently got a letter pretending to be from the Co pany I work for. I opened it to find out that I was being garnished from my wages. I got this letter last week in the mail. When I called the court to see if it was real, they informed me that it was filed in the beginning of the month. So I didn't have time to respond to it because it was already too late. Now, they're taking out more than what I was paying monthly. I'm trying to get back on my feet, living paycheck to paycheck, but they don't care. This just cause more depression and exhaust. Now I'm asking my job if it was legal for them to pretend they were another company. Because I never blocked them from anything. They had all my information, and these days, you don't answer a random 800 call because of spams. If it's important, they can leave a voice mail or email.

I called them and I told them I'm recording them as we speak in case they use the evidence against me in the court, yes you heard that right, they served me some court papers. When I told them I have them on recording, they said they aren't consenting to my call, I told them that I will use this against them in court, and for my own safely. They're such crybabies, don't want to consent because they know there scammers. 🤣

Kevin Snow is such a clown I thought this was a scam collection agency! I contacted this firm to settle a surprise medical bill I was not aware of. This hack asserts that because his firm made a charge, the burden of proof is on me. His alleged job is literally to argue with people but he perceives my negotiating a reasonable settlement as arguing. What a cry baby. He was so rude and unprofessional that he challenged me to file an answer to his ridiculous complaint because I wouldn’t let him patronize me while submitting to whatever unfair offer he felt like giving me. I was calling them to settle a debt but now his firm will get nothing from my family except a negative review.
