I’ve used 1st SW Bank for roughly 4+ years now and have always received solid customer service! The past month or so, I had a “depositing issue” with another bank and 1st SW and needed to make a call into seeking help. I was greeted by Scott Herz (Asst Mgr) who listened to my issue/concern and got right on it! Even though the issue wasn’t my fault (couldn’t prove at first) Scott was so CARING & UN-JUDGMENTAL what took place from the very beginning. He then got back with me in a timely manner letting me know the issue had been resolved!
Scott’s customer service was “OVER THE TOP” and needed it to be KNOWN!!!

I have had accounts with all of the different banks in pagosa springs over the years. First southwest is by far the best. Keenan is great and has been our personal banker for a few different loans and accounts now. He always gets us the best rates and lower fees than all the competition.

My family has worked with keenan at First Southwest Bank. He has helped us with everything between home loans and personal banking. He is so personable, friendly, professional and responsive. This Bank is 5/5!

I truly enjoy working for this great bank! Truly a team atmosphere here. We are blessed to have the most amazing branch manager ever! She is a great team leader; she goes beyond to make certain we are trained correctly and have everything we need to be successful! The wait times for the drive thru and counter are getting super ridiculous. Hire more people. If you can’t, then reduce your hours. Tired of hurrying up to wait.
