The Great Reset begins. My debit card was 'mysteriously' cancelled. Went to the service center to get a new one only to find out the machine had 'crashed'. This left me with no way to use my money online. For those of you that pay attention, this is exactly what just happened in Canada. Thousands of people were denied access to their money - totally shut off.
Get your funds out of financial institutions before it's too late. I expected this from the Big Banks, but evidently even local CU's are not immune. Buy local, pay in cash, and I hate to say it but go back to paying your bills with checks.
PS: if you don't know what the Great Reset is, you better start learning, because it's coming whether we like it or not......

ENT is an amazing place, my only complaint are the ITMs.... Now instead of pulling up to an ATM and just withdrawing your money quickly you have to wait on people who are doing business with the bank and not just withdrawing money. So they've actually made it quicker to get out of your car and go inside the bank to withdraw money than it is going through the lanes.... We need plain ATMs again , please!

I asked for one thing. Don’t let my account get overdrawn, and what happened? 120 in fees because they want to run their bank like the government. I sent a message through the app and was met with, “blah blah blah. That’s how we get your money”. this bank does not look after the interest of their clients, but for their CEO’s bonus.

avoid this location unless you have an hour to wait inside in the lines. Instead of opening a second location to support the abundance of customers they have, they decided to remodel the downtown location and still can’t keep the line down with this in mind, I don’t feel like they value their customers time and their line look like the Social Security offices around here. I’ll be closing my account soon and going elsewhere were taken more efficiently. Serve me.

Love the bank, but the ATMs needs service all the time which means one lane during off hours. There is always a line so long. Same with inside, hire more help? Waiting 30 minutes plus to get my cash is a bit annoying.

Worst customer service, longest lines, and abuse of check holds and nsf fees. People say wells Fargo is bad, this place is 10 times worse. If any bank needs fined this one does.
