This Credit Union is very close to home; therefore, it is extremely convenient. I've been a customer about 8 months, so far so good.
I just need to ask, WHEN WILL YOU FIX YOUR ATM??? If it starts working better (on a regular basis) maybe I can add another star or two!!
Update; they fixed the ATM in fact they added an another one. However they no longer have drive through service so I have to go from three stars to two stars. Getting anyone on the telephone dealing with checks or other banking issues is pretty much impossible, the customer service is pretty bad right now.

In 40 years of banking at several different banks, the location in Defuniak Springs, Florida was the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I would rather drive a 100 miles out of the way than to deal with that again. This is the first bad review I have ever written on any company.

Feel like your only as strong as your last visit. One cashier every time insist on ignoring my request of not putting money I'm wanting into my checking but puts into my savings. Today I made sure I specifically request it. Well apparently we don't care and do what we want. I'm tired of trying to check out and embarrassing being denied my card because people cannot follow the stupidest request.

I just had the most awesome banking experience! As soon as I walked into the building I was promptly greeted and assisted by Leah. My mission was to open a new account quickly and without complications. Leah made this happen for me. She was so very helpful, courteous, professional, knowledgeable and informative in making my first visit uncomplicated by creating an amazing lasting first impression of this brand and this location. I will definitely pass the word out to my circle because these days customer service counts more than ever! The treatment I received today stands out as exemplary! The worst bank I have ever dealt with. We will be closing our accounts as soon as possible.
My husband is deployed and they will not let me make our land loan payment because it is in his name, even though my name is also on the account. Very unhelpful call center and all around bad practices, I would recommend literally any other bank.

Worst bank ever!! These people are ruthless, terrible @ communicating in a timely manner & make you feel like you’re not worthy of their loans! If I could give a 0 rating,I would!!!!!

There isn’t many location. When I needed too get ahold of a bank clerk it took me at least 30 mins. This is why I a. Leaving a 1 star review. Unpleasant experience trying too get them on the phone.
