Can't log into the app...cant log into the website (being updated as... is the app probably)....can't get banking info from 24 hr customer service line. I understand if the entire bank system needs an update but how about alerting people about it? It's kind of a big deal. This bank is so whacked....on to the next I suppose.

Loan department is extremely slow and unprofessional. Good business practices are important for clientele, but knowing how to do your business retains them and prevents any "word of mouth" percussions.

Impressive inside and out, friendly and amenable clerks, weird music playing while I was there. Open plan setup. I might bank here one day.

Very inconvenient with the fact they don’t have 24 hour customer service. My card is always blocked for very small reasons. My card has been blocked while at a gas station out of town and over the weekend and I had no way to unblock it to purchase gas leaving me stranded.

Poor customer. Drive thru tellers take their sweet time going slow. Waited over twenty mins for only two car and still no teller helped or even tried to get the lines moving, so ended up without able to through drive thru. Going inside the building is the only way was able to get anything done at this location.

If I could put 0 stars I would give it to the manager and the woman at the window at the drive thru on 6/13/23 in the morning. I have to say I’ve never seen a bank like this, I see why the reviews are so bad, they’re correct. Run, take your money elsewhere, I am! Most unprofessional woman in the window and a manager standing next to her, wow, and they’re handling locals money. With this level of customer service I wonder the what the level of privacy is, I’m thinking everyone knows your business with these two manning the place. Never seen such disturbing behavior as I watched them embarrass a woman in the drive thru too! DO SOMETHING!

Teller this morning literally spied on my conversation with my mother and proceeded to be very rude and commented back! I’ve never seen such disgusting behavior at a bank, to the rude woman, remember, your job is mostly hospitality and NO ONE needs your mouth!
