This group seems very shady. Communications is poor at best and when you do call they give you little to no information and then transfer you around from person to person. I have emailed them with a question and never got a response. I'm giving them one more week to make progress or I'll get rid of them and resolve my own issues.

It’s taken a lot of back and forth between the bank and such... but finally getting things taken care of I think. Heather was very helpful this morning in my distress and helped me come to a resolution.

The worst experience ever! They take out whatever amount they want to every month and label it "fee". This money goes to them. They make sure that it equals the amount you have available whatever that may be.
