i have been kept from my account information since Friday. i cannot access using my phone anymore as this bank stated they do not recognize me. i will be changing out of this bank as soon as my auto deposit goes through to the bank WE CHOOSE. extremely disappointed with this bank and its only the beginning. we miss Iberia and the friendly people there. i give this a big fat "0" for the way this is being handled.

Accounting is not their expertise. Sold our mortgage never transferred the money and are incapable of doing their job. Blame it on the company managing the loan for them as a easy way out. New company won’t pay our insurance due to fact they won’t send the money. Wouldn’t use them for a traditional mortgage or refinance with them.

I am editing my review because I posted after my first experience at this branch. It must have just been a nasty teller because I have not seen them since on my many visits back to this particular branch. Sometimes companies mistakenly hire not-so-great people and have to adjust, which they did. All that matters is they seemed to get rid of the person likely driving low reviews. I love going into this branch now. Everybody is so friendly and the service is quick.

I went to that bank to request some change, the employee says if you don’t have an acount we will not help you. And another coworker next to her was telling to that one that was assisting don’t worry about that. I never heard of the bank by this time but definitely I will not go there again I will never recommend any one to get an account with this bank. Very unwelcoming ….

Spent the last 2 hours driving their location to find out the one on north roosevelt is closed. The sign says the one on whitehead st. is open..let me double check online so i dont waste my valuable time driv8ng down there..oh online confirmation..capital bank 330 whitehead open until 5pm. Drive all the way down town..oh how wonderful locked doors!!..i wonder why?..oh! The lobby is open till 4!! How silly of me to assume they put their actual hours online. No need to specify since evwryone is free to use your drive thru, right?
they seem to think it offers full service enough to advertise to the world that the establishment is OPEN on the world wide web. Oh no of course they cant help because they dont have a monopoly on banking services and wont do the courtesy of cashing their clients check despite poatibg invalid information on their door and website. Just wasting everyone's time like theirs is the only with value. Will never bank hete
