The Bailey Brothers Building and Loan is more technologically advanced than this place. Find an old sock and keep your money in it and you will be better off. Service is non existent.

Personally, I use Ally. I've been using them for years, no problems and all my accounts have an A.P.Y. Anyway, I come to these off banks to cash checks that people pay me in. I'm posting this because I wasn't aware that they don't send change through the drive thru, you gotta go inside for that. I figured others might want to know that before they wait in the drive thru line too. Have a great day y'all!

I have been a credit union supporter and encourage you to do so if you want to save on fees. We went to the Keys Plaza branch to have wills, medical directives and POAs completed and Petagay was very thorough. Kelida and Neyka served as our witnesses and did not leave the office even though it took awhile to complete. My fiance was impressed, as he is a retired attorney from DC and it was critical that Kelida and Neyka witness each others' signatures. Petagay was reviewing all of the pages to make certain they were in order and they did an awesome job!!!

Let me tell you that the Marathon branch rocks! It was the best banking experience I ever had, so I've begun moving all my banking to them despite spending much of my time in Orlando. Paola and Dulce are the best! They answered every question, handled every issue and did so with grace and professionalism. More than that, it was friendly and like family. I don't know about Key West, but Marathon Keys Federal was great to me...

I’m changing banks. I’ve never dealt with customer service with such a bad attitudes towards their clients before. On numerous occasions, I’ve been given attitude from the tellers, one recently gave me a dirty look when I counted my money before leaving, after an encounter where it felt like she didn’t want to help with my transaction or even be there. (I stood there and waited for her to offer the receipt, and when she finally did, it was as though she she resented even offering, it was so strange).
I ordered checks three times over the course of three months, finally received them three months later after pushing the issue and asking where they were, then got double charged for it. I’ve watched the tellers give similar attitude to other clients as they come in, and it seems to be a general attitude.
The manager I brought this to the attention of was kind and listened. I just hope something is done about it. To me, it says something when you feel unwelcomed by the customer facing employees of a business, and like it’s a bother for them to have to do their job.
