Manager treated me incredibly disrespectful. It took 20 minutes to cash my money order. I was questioned as if I was a criminal and the way I was treated at this place of business was incredibly unprofessional. When I called to complain to manager it was same girl who proceeded to tell me she was the manager and spoke over me instead of listening to my complaint. I had to tell her I'd call the corporate line. I'm awaiting call back as I could only leave a voicemail on corporate line.

I went to send money via western union. I already filled out online and just had to complete the transaction. The employee Phillip barely acknowledged me as he continues to try to help someone else try to fill it out manually on paper. That was no issue has he acknowledged me. Then when it was my turn Phillip had an acrimonious attitude for some unknown reason. I was kind and professional to him regardless, but it was probably the worst customer service I’ve witnessed.

Went here to buy a money order for my rent in which I’ve done for years .. I guess this cashier working this evening wanted to prove a point asked for and recorded my I.D. Which has never been done , when asked why he was ver unprofessional he just said for a certain amount they ask , yet I’ve never been asked and why not just give a amount and put the policy out felt racially profiled honestly

That Chrissy lady is very rude and I will not be back to that one. First of all how can you be so rude as to when I asked for change? Also why only $100 minimum for each customer like that makes no sense since you’re a so called “Money Superstore”

This place is suppose to be open 24/7.... I just went there at 5:40am and no one was there. I waited in the lobby for over 15 mins. Whoever drives that sports car is NOT readily available. Smfh.
