Horrible customer service. Second time into the bank to open an account for my son. Three trips around back to get the ATM to work. Only one person handles walk ins that don't require a teller. Major mistake going into a New local bank that still can't find a way to provide Next Centrury Service. Now I know why people are skeptical of banks. Opps just got even better. After a fifth attempt to get the ATM card correct still not working. Now I come in and ask for the Manager
I am approched from a distance by a female
and I stated to her that I asked for a check to be cut and im closing the account. She than utters lets stop this conversation while she moves her hand from.one side of her throat to another. A class act to say the least. I would hate to think it was a biased form of treatment. Yes im a Latino from NYC and I would hate to think after 30 plus years in this town that treatment still exists.

Very hard to reach a representative over the phone and when you do they don't seem very knowledgeable about how to help with a issue or even point me in the right direction to settle my problems. Other than that super friendly staff and beautiful establishment. The bank itself is great, their customer service line is quiet horrible though. Edit: I went inside the store and they got me all figured out yesterday! Today the manager Frank called me back and was very helpful, he went the extra mile to make sure I was taken care of.

Actually, this was my first time in the new Titusville CCU. The staff was friendly and very helpful. They deserve a 5. However the entrance with no sign or direction to the parking lot off of US1 is an issue. I tried going in the exit only because it looks like the entrance until you see the exit only signs just as you are trying to enter. That could cause some accidents!

Ccu was my first bank account I was reccomended by a friend and was told because I was recommended by her we'd both recieve a little amount of money when the account opened never did. I however stayed because I've heard good reviews and the customer service inside the bank is always a good. I was having a baby in December and I took a Qcash loan out for the first time last year and wish I had never taken it I've been told several different things about my payment arrangements not ONE of the members over the phone told me the same thing. I even paid a partial on one check to do the rest on the other check ($182.00) little early due to the fact that I had different bills that were due the same date so I paid a little early and they still took money out on their set date even though I spoke with someone at the call center. That was the first issue now that I've gone back to work and I haven't paid in 5 months I owe 600 at this point I went in the bank sat down with I think Kelly explained the situation and she got on the phone and spoke with Chad who told us as long as I pay 10-30dollars per paycheck that the money wouldn't be taken out. After not having money for over a month with the father of my child taking unexpected medical leave this bank literally took my whole check. I never denied the fact I owed money but I was lied to everytime I spoke to them about the loan and that's wrong. I sat in the bank for an hour with my 5 month old trying to get part of my check and even agreed to pay the rest out of my next check and they didn't help me one bit. I've closed my account and will never reccomended them to anyone and that sucks because the ladies inside the bank in Titusville are always great it's the people over the phone that need to get they're act together. Thank goodness I was able to get diapers and formula with dads last check or else my child would have nothing.

I've had an account with ccu (used to be community educators credit union) since I was a teenager. My husband also. We had our mortgage through them. Never had any problems. Have been with them for almost 30 years now. Happy to have a local community bank verses the big giant banks.

The credit union has always been my favorite place to bank for the last 40 years. All the staff are helpful and are able to answer any question that I have about my account, loans, etc. I would not change to another bank, they have that small town service.
