This location has absolutely amazing and helpful staff. BUT Vision bank has been absolutely HORRIBLE trying to get new debit card sent to me and it’s not just this one time either. I’ve had to get a new card 3 times in the last 2 years due to card wear or whatever else. Whenever they send you a card it takes weeks or over a MONTH to be sent to you or their location. I am done banking there. This was the last straw when it got lost in the mail and now I have to do the whole process over again. I’ve already been without a card for 5 weeks. Like I said before, amazing staff but they definitely need to work on getting cards faster. There is absolutely no excuse. I went to a new bank today and walked out with a card they made in house.

Tellers refused service (breaking down 2-3 20s into smaller bills) for school fundraiser because I was not a customer. Rude, unfriendly, unwilling to seek exception for emergency situation. They don't deserve your business or mine.
