As a potential future client, I would say this place needs better service tellers. I just finished an uncomfortable experience depositing $3,000 into my father’s account. The lady helping me was tall, shorter brown hair, and possibly in her 40’s. I sent the carrier through so I could request a deposit slip. Most banks require you to write how much you are depositing and to write the account number down. She got on the speaker extremely rude sounding right away. I asked for a deposit slip to fill out, she said something that I couldn’t hear but kept blinking at me like I was supposed to react. It felt very accusatory, like she thought I was trying to pull something. I said “I’m sorry?” And she just goes “ok what’s his account number?” So I told her, after a few minutes she came back still in a very rude tone, said “ok I found him. What’s your name?” I don’t know why my name mattered if I’m depositing money into my father’s account after I had already said it was my father’s account and I did have his account number but ok. I told her and she said “I’ll send you the carrier for you to put the money in.” If I had been trying to withdraw money out of my father’s account without his card, then I could see her acting very prejudice, but I was depositing $3,000 so I don’t understand why she was extremely rude to me. The whole experience made me feel bad for even going there. Please do better.

Deposited and didn't get a deposit slip per my choice but when I didn't see deposit next day got fearful that it could have been taken. Being able to text and get the results of they were deposited to my account kinda saved face..lol...nothing to fear Triad saved me from a bunch of tears...Thanks Triad Spencer!

Janelle made setting up my auto payment insanely easy. Best part, for me, is I didn't have to actually call or talk to anyone....everything was handled via secure email in no time. Speedy replies and exceptional service.
