I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy. They will turn your car off if you're 10 days late without any notice. You could literally be anywhere anytime of day and boom your ignition won't turn over. And then if you try and get a hold of anyone outside of banking hours 9-5 m-f no one answers. They have an emergency number on the car contract that is non working. Reporting to B.B.B and for sure never dealing with these crooks after this lemon they sold me is paid off.

This is a horrible co. U Drive disabled my care for 1/2 payment of 200 dollars 13 days past due on 12/23/22.
The day before Christmas eve. I had already paid 200$ and owed 200$ that was scheduled on the 10th of every month. . Literally 13 days later my car was disabled. Thank God I have good friends and family, so I will be just fine.

They accepted false income documents form rock solid in mesa az that sold me a lemon and would not fix vehicle . But wanted the payment . And are still charging my credit as if it's a open loan when they repoed !!!

They operate like everyone else,judging what you did in the past ,whatever the circumstances were,instead now and your future, couple repos and you're treated like they're doing you a favor if they even finance you at all.Upper management doesn't want to deal with you just passes you off to the people in the dealershiIm sorry a freshbrepo isnt one from 4 years ago.Plus, you havevto pay them the TT&L fees then they cut you a check forbthat.Total b.s.

Loved my experience and Jessica was amazing. Drove 2 hours just to get a car from her! Saved the Jeep that I purchased for my daughter.

So I bought my car in March of 2023 and not even a full 7 months go by and there's a bad water pump on the car. I called and talked to Trent, super rude and wouldn't let me further explain my issues, and he of course was no help. Called the warranty department and they were just as rude and not very informative. The udrive here in Gainesville closed for good with NO heads up about the company moving or shutting down. I'm still making payments on that car, as well as full coverage insurance and it's been in the shop for three weeks now. I don't know what to do at this point. Can't trade it in. Can't drive it because it's running hot. I feel trapped in this situation.

The worst company to deal with. My car got total on the 15 of may. Here it is the 28 and this company still want give me my information by law that they supposed to give me so I can get another car. They claim they still need check from my insurance, but my insurance track the check and its last location was the companies address. So why they holding me up I don't know. And the representatives there are the rudest people u can find. Instead of helping and explaining, they just snap and tell you they not doing nothing til they get paid. When they been getting paid on time before time, as a matter of fact I was paid up til July. So they been getting they money. They just unprofessional and no good

Car payment was due Wednesday, got paid Friday morning due to direct deposit issues and they still shut off my car. And of course you can’t get ahold of anyone for them to turn it back on. I have a newborn baby and had to figure other means out because it left me stranded.
