I needed to update my business account signature card today at the local Rexburg branch. Brooke was amazing, so helpful, and efficient - the whole thing probably took less than 10 minutes. The other staff members were very friendly and made me feel comfortable. I would definitely recommend speaking to these three if you need banking professional service.

I live in Rexburg so I've had to use this place a few times. The ATM outside is always having problems or broke. I went inside to use the ATM which didn't work & someone ended up assisting me. It took over 10min to withdraw money. I went in to dispute a claim another time & was there for over an hour with my son. Finding the transaction was fast but than filling out the paperwork & having them print my cards took way to long. It was the obvious the people there were new or in training & kept having to get help from others.

Always have had an amazing customer service. Been banking with them for years. Very prompt service and has saved a ton money on car loans. Every branch I have been has been awesome from salt lake area up to rexburg ID.

I love this credit union. My only wish is that America First would open an office in Idaho Falls. Many options available and I have never had a problem with them. It is a quality credit union.

We had a loan thru them. Online banking was terrible never worked always had to call and make a payment. They charge you an $8.00 fee if you use your debit card to make a payment and wont accept checking numbers. They wouldn't let me pay extra on my loan only allowed minimum payment. Worse customer service.

Worse bank I’ve ever dealt with. Had me on the phone twice for over an hour to try and add me to my husbands account. We finally had to go in person to the branch in another town. Again took forever. In the end, I cancelled my account. Even then they had me talk to two different people. Both times they had to verify who I was which takes forever! Horrible communication skills, horrible system, horrible bank.

Horrible horrible experience! I wanted to open a new checking account and the lady that was helping me then asked if she could pull my credit. I agreed and instantly after agreeing I said wait is this a soft pull? And she said no it is a hard pull. Because I did not want a hard pull on my credit I said never mind and she said okay I won’t do it. I left the office and about 30 minutes later I got an alert saying my credit had gotten a hard pull from America first. I went back to talk to the lady that helped and she said well you said yes at first so I pulled it… she had not made me aware of this at all while I was sitting in her office just 30 minutes prior. I’m glad that I am not trying to use my credit for anything important right now because it docked my score a lot just from this one mistake… I will never ever again trust America first with my personal information… especially since they had little to no empathy for my Situation.
