The time I've been using key bank has been dogwater. Almost every day for the last month, I've been checking my balance and the bank decided to put me in debt (which should not be able to happen with my account). They don't stop fraudulent transactions, even after they are reported. They don't care about the customers and are unwilling or unable to help.

This week, I had an amazing customer service experience with Keybank, and Chelsie Gould the branch manager. She went far above any expectations I had. They took a personal interest in helping me. I would tell anyone to go there for their banking needs. I really appreciated all they did for me.

Friendly, seem to care about you most of the time, but often not accommodating. I just bank here because they have a checking account that offers no fees.

Don't know what everyone's problem is but they have done good by me for the last few years and if I have a issue Tami or Dan have been awesome to deal with, plus the other employees at the counter have been outstanding.

Great for international students. Titan is a great help with trouble shooting any problems and is eager to help. He always greats me and my husband when we come in and makes a point to remember us. He took extra time to help us set up our online banking when that was not the reason for our appointment with him. Super great workers all around!

Titan has helped us answers more than a few questions and has gone beyond the call of duty, the cashiers are also nice and helpful. Titan is experienced with internationally students, my wife is Canadian and wanted help transferring money and he gave us some ideas on waiting until the exchange rate was better so we wouldn't lose money and gave advice about improving our credit scores.

Worst bank! They lost my deposit in the night drop. Made me cancel the cashiers check. Then found it a week later. They were not willing to try to find it almost cost me 4k. Thieves for all I know, very disappointed. All the good reviews on Google are from their own employees. No customer would actually rate them well. They keep a flashlight next to the drop box because this seems to happen often. Yet even with the flashlight and the manager checking second time my deposit was not found for a week. Worst customer service.
