Just got moved from First Midwest to here. Saturday wait times are in excess of 1 hour, just to make a deposit. Lines are ridiculous. They only ever have 3-4 people helping customers. They need to get more help inside the north Danville location. Online banking is a mess. I have been on the phone for over 2hrs now to check on a charge to my account that is not ours. Do not recommend.

I don't think they were prepared for all the new clients. Couldn't get through on the phone , ATM was broke , line was long, but once you got through ,the tellers were pleasant and helpful.

1-800 number for activating my new debit card doesn't even ring through. On hold at the branch number 40 minutes and counting. This is after spending 45 minutes in line waiting to make a deposit this morning. Someone has dropped the ball with this switchover. Finally answered at 52 minutes they gave me another number, it didn't work either. Not happy!

If you like waiting in line for 15-20 minutes per visit this is the place for you. You also can’t get anybody to answer the phone at this place. I’ll be taking my money elsewhere.

I had an account with First Midwest Bank and the buyout switched my account here… where I won’t be for much longer. I’ve called and been put on their hold loop longer than 20 minutes 3 times in the last week. Unacceptable. Personal bankers at FMW gave work line number for us to call and not get out on hold forever.

Definitely not on their A-game anymore! This bank has just tanked in the past few months. Their service is absolutely subpar and customer service seems nonexistent. Looking forward to moving to another bank soon.

Went for withdrawal someone entered wrong amount for my withdrawal now overdrawn will be looking for another bank. I was told this was fixed and checked my account on my phone my account has not been fixed. Stay away from this bank I will most definitely be changing banks
