I have personal and business accounts with this bank. Business Banker Jessica L. at this branch asked if she could contact me later to discuss options that may be good for my business to consider. Days later I was notified of a hard inquiry on my credit report. This is fraud. I never applied for anything. We never discussed what any specific product. A fraudulent application was placed in an effort to try to earn commission without my knowledge. I am working to dispute the inquiry and escalate the matter. BMO Harris response will determine my future banking relationship with this organization. This is deplorable.

Went here yesterday afternoon for a replacement card. The banker on duty was very rude, and I felt as if she did not even want to help me at all. I understand why she could not help me but she should really fix her ugly attitude.

I’ve been banking here for about 20 Years and I never had a problem, in fact they surprise me with how nice the employees are. They helped me with my home loan and are always pleasant. I like that. Ty

I was trying like hell to leave some kind of message anywhere to corporate or local that even though they are closed that they need to turn off drive through OPEN signs.Nowhere I can find to call or post boo!
