We stopped in yesterday to start a checking account. It was really close to closing time and our service representative, Bailey Thevenot, had no problem setting up the account for us. I know a lot of people would've turned us away, but Bailey is not one of them! You have a great employee there who cares for his business and his customers. Thank you for the fantastic service!!

Posting on behalf of my parents, Theresa was so rude and unprofessional during today’s Saturday's visit. Customer service over the phone and the branch provide opposite info. Trying to update new last name and address. Joint accounts are so difficult to do business with. Wish I could give 0 stars. Returned Monday just to be provided worse service by the branch manager bc I didn’t have an appointment that could have been made for me on Saturday when they refused to help bc he didn’t have anyone available but their were 5 employees there with no customers but they were closing in 40 minutes so doing the closing procedures instead of attending to a customer was priority.

I’ve had far too many bad experiences dealing with this bank. The customer service is usually awful! I have never experienced such lack of care and professionalism by any bank rep before. I wish someone had warned me before I trusted this bank to handle my hard earned money carefully! Just unbelievably awful. It would take up too much time and space to go into detail about my personal experiences. Do not do your banking business with 5/3.

I went in to open a checking acct at the Shorewood location,, I was already skeptical as it is because i was switching from my bank of 20 years. I made a decision to try 5th 3rd. I walked in at 115. No one was in line they were not busy. 3 tellers and they said they didn't have time to open a checking for me. The lady told me it takes 45 minutes we don't have time. You can make an appt online since We're about about close. How sad we have exactly 45 minutes and you'd rather sit and chit chat then help a new customer.

Met up with Bailey Thevenot, he is very respectful and professional. Gave me a lot of advice and pointers. Definitely learned a few things just by speaking with him. Very knowledgeable person and wish to do more business with. A+
