Absolutely love the youth savings option! It is so wonderful for my kids to have their own debit card that I can transfer money to especially on days that they have an away game for their sports. Highly recommend this place

This credit union is my all time favorite! The customer service is impeccable, you will not find a friendlier staff than here. They make banking so easy and they help you with anything you need. Definitely bank here!!!!!

Was a little mad on Saturday, the day after Veterans Day, got up early to go to the credit union, which said they were open from 9 - 12:30. When I went up and tried the door it was locked and dark inside and it was only 12:00. I needed to draw some money out of one of my accounts to get tires on my car because I have no tread left. So now I can go anywhere because the tire pressure goes low. Why were they closed before 12:30 or weren't they open at all? Thank you for that.

This was the most fantastic experience I have ever had with a bank or credit union, EVER! I got the pleasure of working with Michelle Schafer and she was extremely communicative, professional, and caring throughout the entire process. She was both patient and attentive during the process of getting my loan set up and I cannot thank her or recommend her enough. If you ever need help with, she is the one to go to. Thank you so much!

The Financial Edge app is the WORST app I've ever used! It boots me off SUPER fast and even while I was on the app trying to send messages with "Ben"! I was typing as fast as I could because it kept booting me off right when I was typing! Its been like this for a long time. You don't even have to be idle and it still boots me off! I just tried to use it again and I got booted off over 10 times in 10 minutes. I kept typing as fast as I could because it kept booting me off right while I was typing! The app has glitches and it needs to be checked out and fixed. Theres no way I can successfully use it to try to complete a transaction because of how fast it boots me off. I was NOT idle even for a second and I was trying to do things as fast as I could without stopping but it didn't matter I still kept getting booted off and even every time I tried to type messages in the chat section. Like I said this is the worst app I have ever used and I've used many, many apps so I can honestly say and truthfully say that the app is terrible! Plus to make sure it was not my cell phone causing it I tried using the app on other phones and the same thing kept happening. Please fix this app because the app is useless the way it is and is impossible to try to use. But otherwise Financial Edge is a great credit union and me and my husband each have our own separate accounts here and other family members are also members. But the service is fantastic and the bank tellers are all very friendly. I highly recommend Financial Edge and encourage others to become a member. But the app is another story...I gave 5 stars because I love being a Financial Edge member but if I had to rate the app I would give the app only 1 star. The only thing that is good about the app is I can get my balance without logging in.and I really like that about the app. But when I'm logged in to the app that's a whole different story. If it would not log me off every 20 to 30 seconds and better yet if it wouldn't log me off nonstop then it would be a perfect app but sadly it's got some serious glitches; issues. ...please fix it. Also it would be so helpful, once the app gets fixed so I can stay on long enough to make a transaction and not get booted if I could make deposits to my Financial edge account using my social security and my disability debit cards. That would be wonderful; perfect because then I could deposit much more money into my account. It would be especially helpful because I cant drive and it's hard for me to get to the financial edge credit union but if I could use the app to deposit money like I said from my social security debit card I would be able to put much more money into my account. I feel bad complaining about the app but it does have serious glitches and to make sure it wasnt my cellphone causing the problem I used 2 other cell phones and the same thing happened on all three phones. Anyways Financial edge is a wonderful institution and I'm happy to be a member! All of the tellers are very friendly too!

Drive thru in Bay city on Euclid is always a long wait, even if there is only two people doing transactions. This is ridiculous and absolutely unnecessary. Makes me want to switch credit unions. When the lobby isn't open on Saturdays it's horrendous. Please fix this. I know better than to go through drive thru when bank lobby is open!
