Corinne the branch manager approved me for an automatic payment with an account that had sufficient funds. Then proceeded to say I missed a payment without contacting me otherwise. I called the day off and tried to be reasonable and figure the situation out but was completely unsympathetic and rude.

Not sure how a company can go downhill so quickly. Asked the manager in person to turn off certain features of my account, I left after her telling me it was taken care of. Months later I find out these features are still active. It seems this new manager is only interested in sitting in her office on her cell phone instead of helping customers. Because of this, I moved most of my accounts to different institutions.

Best financial institution I've ever dealt with. The nice ladies that run this branch offer amazing customer service, and are always so pleasant and helpful. Amy, Ashley, and Destiny are assets to the Credit Union and do such great work. Thanks! Be sure to enjoy a cup of coffee when visiting, plenty of selection at the Keurig machine, plus hot chocolate.

They have been shutting my debit card off for some reason, plenty of money in the account. After many failed attempts at getting an explanation the only other option is to move to another bank. I strongly recommend you read other reviews before starting an account here. I'm leaving after 26 years at this bank

Deposited a check and the teller announced to the lobby that she wished she had a check that big than showed the other tellers. It's none of your or their business. we are moving to another bank because of this. Let the teller know that maybe when her parents are dead she can get a big check too, unbelievable behavior!
