Okay bank. Customer service is lacking especially if you have to call and speak with someone. You will be prompted to leave a call back number. They will call you back hours later. Slow service as they do not staff properly. Drive threw closes randomly. Better options out there.

Worts and I mean worst bank we’ve had and to deal with. I either get shorted on my checks when I get them cashed or not added to my bank of the amount I have. Applied for a small loan we were told there is no reason we couldn’t qualify the guy said they don’t want to loose customers. That was a lie. When we tried to get questions about a house loan and so fourth we never got calls back or get answered questions we needed. We were a bother and waste of time to them. This bank is a joke full of Liers and wasted time. We are changing banks:) I wish there wasn’t option for a one star!

Due to holiday I worked with 3 different loan officers to include branch manager. All 3 were professional and very helpful. Made me feel as part of the family! I have been a member over 10 years and my experience has always been positive. Honor C.U. staff are the best.

Been with them for 5 years cause they're local. I've been denied every time I've applied for a loan but Blue Ox approved me instantly as a new member. I still use this account on occasion just for the checking but when the checks are done... so am I. They also like to clear transactions over night sending your account negative without notice and then they run it through atleast 3x's the next day to charge you as much as they can. They charged me $75 for going over. 35 cents and I wasn't even opted into that protection program so it should've been denied to begin with.

Great People! However, we are not used to having to remember Acc.#s & Suffix #s & not able to get two Checking Acc.s Numbers on one web page. WE must open another page to see the Second!!
