If I could give zero stars I would. Their ATM defaulted and ate my debit card and not only did they say I'd have to wait 4 days but they want a letter from my credit union 75 miles away emailed authorizing them to give me my own card back. Awful service- rude representative on the phone. Take your banking elsewhere

Nicole Price handled my auto loan. She was the best. Made the whole process so simple and painless. She was quick, efficient and friendly. An absolute pleasure to work with. Being my first time having an auto loan I had a lot of questions. Nicole was quick to answer every question, for a process that can seem very intimidating to a first timer, I felt comfortable and knew exactly what was going on the entire time. A+ service and I honestly couldn't have asked for better. I will definitely be recommending to all my friends.

Disgusted with the staff today. I went to close my checkings account today with a woman up front named sheryl she asked for my ID and debit card and i got it out for her. She then snapped at me saying i cannot close your other accounts i said i am not asking for that i am asking to close only my checkings account. She then proceeded to get loud with me and refuse to close my account and threw my ID and debit card at me. I asked for a manager and asked why she was being so rude and she walked away and a manager took me to the back. I have been with genisys credit union for 7 years and i switched all my loans to elga after today. I urge you to not go to genisys or the fenton location after the harassment i have encountered at the front desk today. I will be calling a corporate level to resolve this. I am highly dissatisfied with the service here today. To have cards thrown at you for no reason is mind blowing.. please stay away from this fenton location. I do thank carmen for bringing me to the back after and being so kind and apologizing for the situation but i have no idea how someone like this is still working here

I have banked at the Fenton Michigan office for 4 years and was always thrilled going there. The staff are always up-beat, pleasant and professional.
I like the Hometown feel of being somebody when doing any business.
I encouraged many of my friends and neighbors to join to appreciate the friendly service .

What an amazing experience as ALWAYS! Carmen Phillips has done it again. We contacted her at 9:30 this morning to refinance a loan to help us out getting that loan out of my name and into just my husband's name and by 11:30AM we had a pre approval and by 2PM the whole loan was done and complete. We will always keep coming back for all our loans with CARMEN PHILLIPS. :)

My experience here was with Connie and she was nothing short of amazing ❤️ she was an absolute joy to work with and her kindness, understanding and patience did not go unnoticed. She was in constant communication through the whole process and at the end of the day got the job done. Again I couldn’t be happier with the experience I had at this credit union. I look forward to working with Connie in the near future 😊

I love Genisys Credit Union. I live in Grand Blanc and have a location just a couple of miles from my house. I prefer to use the Fenton facility as we have come into contact (when we purchased our vehicle), with an awesome banker named Tyler Harper! He is always responsive and helps us with any of our banking needs. For this reason we will keep using Genisys. Tyler is a star player. Thank you for all of your help.

Honestly the fact that the ATM at this location has sucked up my card TWICE and I had to get new cards and fix all my accounts and ACH payments is beyond frustrating and makes me want to close all my accounts. Please fix your ATM as that is incredibly inconvenient and annoying.
