The office itself is great, however a lot of false information from them , I became disabled Christmas of 2020 so now I have to live off ss disability I went and pulled money out of the account they said it would close the account I told them about my direct deposit form disability they said it waswill be fine called today and they said account is closed and no direct deposit so they said they never received it, checked SS disability and money was sent , so evidently they are like robbing hood steal from the poor and give to their self

Very unprofessional. Came In to exchange large bills for small bills for my business. I requested not to use the video teller machine due to the amount of money and not being comfortable doing it out in the open for anyone to see. I was told they would not do that fir my privacy and I had to use the video teller. I had just done it privately the previous week so I already know they can do it. I end up leaving the video teller with a 6 Inch high stack of cash in my hand. No bag. No privacy. I let the lady know at the desk that it was unacceptable and she could not have cared less. They don't care about their customers safety or concerns and it was made very clear today. 7-9-2022 @ 11:20am on corunna and dye rd branch.

I have been with them a very long time I am a founder member. I have already been with the place. People are very polite and very friendly and help full with what ever you need.

Incredibly rude. After two years of on time (rather large) payments I asked to refinance to lower my monthly payment and was scoffed at and asked "why? Can't you afford it?" Now today, after three years of not one missing or late payment on a $400 a month vehicle loan, i applied for another vehicle loan and was turned down even with a cosigner with great credit. Don't waste your time with these rude ignorant people. I will say, I spoke with a Zach who was very helpful and respectful but he's the only one in three years that's been decent. Go elsewhere with your money folks✌

Been using this bank for years, always happy. Today I needed a loan and was helped from Margie, she was very helpful and so pleasant.

Best credit union I could ask for. The app is very easy to use and when they suspect fraudulent charges they get a hold of you as soon as it happens. Would recommend anyone who wants a great banking experience to use financial plus.

Not a single regular teller. Unreal wish I didn't have a mortgage thru FPCU
