Terrible service and staff. If I could give zero stars, I would. Last time I went, they didn’t want to cash my check because there was a “problem” with my account. I asked what was wrong and they didn’t want to tell. I cash my check every Friday from my same employer for the last 3 years and never had this happen. After I told them that I cash my check every Friday at another location, they said they wanted to look at my check cashing history. That made no sense whats so ever! I just took my check and never came back. I don’t know if its just me or what but I’ve never felt welcomed the few times I came here. Terrible service!

I am going to close my account with this bank. There ATM has not worked for multiple trips to the bank. Staff did not help me and hung up on me twice. Very bad customer service and I am unable to access my money.

I came to this location today I was told one thing by the teller and then I was told different by the manager. The manager rolled his eyes and seemed short on answering my question. It was not a pleasant customer experience and I will be trying another location.
Initially, I gave my first customer service experience for this location a 2 Star rating. Now that the owner has reached out to me and apologized for my experience, I am now moving to a 3 star rating for this location. I will give this place another chance at redemption when I visit for a second time. I will rate this location again when I do.
"Update" Since my last review, I have returned multiple times to this location. Each of those times the staff there were happy to greet me and assist me with my needs. I give them whopping 5 stars!

We had a very unprofessional experience with this office. The staff has tried several times to poach employees from our business (we are a customer). The requests are so insessant that our employees have requested to not make deposits at this office. When confronting the manager, he became very defensive and summed up his reponse by saying, “it’s business” and he can “recruit whomever he wants.” This is true, but it’s highly unprofessional. And it’s plenty of reason to no long do business here.

This is an useless bank. Very unprofessional services by this millwood branch in Kalamazoo. Even at main office aswell. Branch says someone will call you from main office and you dont recieve a call for 4 days.
They should close the ban . If they cannot provide service.

Not with a particular branch, but my debit card number was stolen and it has taken me WEEKS and MULTIPLE phone calls to get my money replaced. It should not be this much of a hassle for someone who has been a loyal customer for over 3 years. If it weren't such a chore to switch Banks you would be losing a customer!!!

A fifth of a star for Denise!
Denise was very rude to me when I asked her for a money bag. She said she had already given me one and I replied that I was aware of that but that we (the store I work for) needed another one and she very rudely said “no I do t have another one for you”. I thanked her and took my receipt but as I walked away she started talking about me to her coworker. I then said “I’m sorry were you talking to me?” Which then her coworker replied “no, no”. I then said “or were you talking about me?” To which I got no reply. The nerve! I left and got in my car but then I decided to go back and get her name. DENISE!!
Denise, this goes to you,, if you’re going to talk about your patron’s at least have the decency to to wait until they’re gone. Duh! If I could give you a little point on one of the stars out of the five stars I would. That’s on fifth of a star out of five stars for you missy! 😠😤
