Absolutely worse credit union. They treat you like they own you. Don't answer their phones when they do they put you on hold for half hour at a time or more. Go in person and the staff are just as rude in person. Guess it's time to find a new place for my banking!

Worst experience ever! This is not my bank but my ex husband and I got a car loan through them because it is his bank. I took over the car when we split up and I got behind on a few payments but asked them what I could do to make my loan current. Was told if I made a couple extra payments in July that they could bring it current and that I would just need to keep up with my payments! No problem!! Well as I was told that the loan was current I didn’t think I had anything to worry about since I was making payments, wrong…. Last night they came and took the car! Now I’m being told it will cost $1500 to 2,000 to get it back! I’m a single mom of 3 and a server so don’t make much and I certainly don’t have that kind of money all at once! They aren’t even willing to work with me on this!! I’m so upset and now lost my only way to get to work and to keep a roof over my kids heads! Wondering how many other people this has happened to?? Poor customer service is an understatement. Can’t get a hold of anyone when you need to and when you leave a message they don’t call you back for days!!

Tasha Smith was the most helpful associate I have come in contact with at a bank! After experiencing dreadful news about my bank card Tasha was able to not only reassure me but straightened it out without much difficulty. Thank you, Tasha and Dort for hiring her!

I needed a loan and I had my 4 year old and 1 year old daughters with me. Cassandra took us into her office and showed the most professionalism and kindness I have ever seen at a bank and it was absolutely refreshing! My little girls were screaming and carrying on as kids are want to and she was so very kind to them as well. It's people like her and the services she provides that make Dort financial credit union more than just a bank. But part of the family thank you!

Bought my car, my lease was up. Amber Gordon was exquisite in helping me. It went smooth, fast & I had my check in hand for the dealership & out the door. She was so friendly a down to earth person. I highly recommend Amber!

My husband is a indigenous person and is highly offended by your posting that on your door. its Columbus day not indigenous persons day. I too have Indian in me and am really ticked you have done this. matter of fact we are closing our accounts and withdrawing all our funds as well as our family members this is a smack in the face to the real holiday. Columbus discovered America yes, there was Indians here but he still discovered it. he did not kill them this is not history folks. shame on you for going along with this dystopian falsehood. The woke people have undone so much History and you go with it so that you don't hurt less then 8 percent of all Americans feelings so disgusted. Shame on you and anyone else who just wants to change history. for centuries no one was offended by this but now because the current administration is supporting the mentally ill that want to create division So Now its OK.
