I was originally just moving one vehicle loan over to Elga but after speaking with her I’ve now moved everything over because of my great experience! That’s even after being with another credit union almost 10 years. It felt like I was talking to a friend - thanks for everything!

Got flagged for fraud by trying to pay rent. Called and was able to fix the false flag. The next day, after I had already explained that I was just trying to pay my rent, they flagged me again for fraud. When I tried to call a second time to fix it, I was kept on hold for over 30 minutes and after finally selecting the call back option, was never called back. Unprofessional and ridiculously inconvenient.

Everyone at Lapeer Elga is nice but Whitney is my favorite. She's very kind and down to earth.

I love this bank! Always willing to work with you. But those ATM machines in the drive thru!!! Adjust the volume please, so we don’t leave deaf from the loud beeps it does every time you touch the screen! My ears are still hurting!!!
