They always work with me. But I called them earlier and ask them what time they were open until. He said 6. I got there at 5:45 trying to pick up my guitar in pawn. I even told him that I had to try to get out of work early. So I guess if you want to see these guys make it before 5:00 pm

I don't like to give one-star ratings. I believe I gave them the benefit of the doubt. But at the end of the day, I paid $60 for a repair I was told would take 15 minutes. I left with the phone, made a call and the mic didn't work. Took it back, he tried to fix it but said he would have to order a replacement part. Graciously put my SIM card in a loaner phone... Which I then had to use for 2.5 weeks while I waited for the part to arrive! Sometimes when you call, someone answers, but not always; they want to help but there is little communication among the staff. Finally got my part for the "15 minute repair", but was absolutely refused any partial refund for the major inconvenience of being without my phone for so long. And then, less than two weeks after getting the new part, the phone has begun to power-cycle - plug it in to charge, battery still goes to 0%, phone turns off and then begins to charge. Battery doesn't hold a charge very long; randomly sometimes will charge (but only slowly), other times will deplete while plugged in! I tried multiple cords, multiple everything. The final straw, I called again and explained the issue and was told it was either a software issue (requiring data backup and factory reset), or else I need a new battery (which they will do but have to charge me for!). Bottom line - I believe I gave this place a fair chance and am still regretting it. Save yourself the agony and make the trip elsewhere.

The customer service is some of the best I have had. I first brought in my phone wanting a cracked screen repair, and I thought I was going to have to replace both the LCD and glass on my galaxy S5. They looked at the screen and said that they would try to fix it by just replacing the glass.
Now listen, this is not a negative review, these guys did an awesome job and tried 3 times to just replace the glass before having to replace the whole screen (not to their fault). It was obvious that something was wrong with the way the glass was setting on the screen and they replaced both for a very, very reasonable price.
All in all the customer service was great, they did a lot of labor and service for free when things didn't work out properly and this was my first time ever stopping in.
So in the future if someone asked me where I would go to fix a phone screen or have anything else done, I would tell them to go see john at CPR phone and tablet repair in Lapeer!
Thanks guys!!

So happy this place has opened! I have never been into a pawn shop and I am really happy I decided to go into this one. It’s nice, clean, organized and the gentlemen are so professional. I finally decided to part ways with some of my kids motor bikes and was very pleased for the price I was offered! Welcome to town Lapeer Gold and Loans! Welcome back CPR plus!

Good advice! Although they ended up only advising me that it would be cheaper to buy new than to have my device repaired, they did seem to be very knowledgeable and capable. Also advised me on what to watch for in YouTube do-it-yourself videos, which is what brought me there. Next time I won't go to YouTube, I will go see the CPR+ guys first!

I went in this business thinking they still did cell phone repairs. They don't but I started chatting with the guy behind the corner and he said he could fix my phone, NBD! And he did in about 2 min :) Such a blessing!

What a joke. Obviously very ignorant. Very rude. Also plugging it in to see if lights come on dont count as fully tested. Needs to do research before claiming to know everything about a product!
