Not a fan of Fred Carter at this establishment. He contracted me to do some IT work for him and then never paid me. He did not take me seriously and made me perform belittling tasks while I helped him out a this office. Would not recommend after my experience with him as a person.

Frank is a polite and kind hearted individual who is clearly very passionate and knowledgeable about his work. His prompt communication is what separates him from his peers.
