Decent vehicles! BUT. No service contract, no refinance options, Gap insurance, I and 4 of my friends all bought vehicles from Fast finance. had to deal with TNT Financial and all feel the customer service reps have lied a few times. basically just put you in a 10k/20k car with large payments for 4-5 years. THIS IS NOT TO BASH ON THE COMPANY, I JUST FEEL THAT PEOPLE SHOULD KNOW WHAT THEY ARE GETTING INTO if you need a car and feel you can afford payment then GO WITH TNT! ps fast finance reps are great!

I would have given a great review as when I was making payments on our car everything was fine I fell behind once and give bigger payments to pay it off. I was driving to work one day and the car started acting up then jolted and started shifting again. Didn't think nothing off it till I went to back out of a parking spot. A shift sensor went out so I had to do pull throughs or push it out of a spot. Well I tried to use the car as a train in at a real dealership and was told that I'm so backwards with the car that they wouldn't take it. The cars value was around 2k and I still owed over 7k so I ended up getting the newer car and to give the car back. I was told it wouldn't be a repo but a surrender. Now they are garnishing my wages for 25%. I'm going to try and call them and see what I can do to get out of it. I didn't even know I had to go to court.

If I could get negative stars I would. I was garnished by them and my loan was paid off about three years ago. I called today to see if they could take it off my credit report because it’s still showing and the lady told me that she can’t. Then she said she would send the information to the attorney to see what they can do. The are rude and very disrespectful. -10 stars from me

Honestly, this finance company I wouldn’t recommend if the dealership mentions them RUN!! They prey on people with challenged credit, they get with a dealership and finance these cars that break down a month after you get them. I was in DESPERATE need of a car, I’m young, a college student, a hard worker and they took advantage of that, the first week the check engine light came on, they sent me to mid Michigan auto and brakes to get it “fixed” not even hours later the check engine light comes back on. I reschedule another appointment take it to them and they tell me I have to take it to some place called Jawz auto because that’s where the warranty people go through and they’ll have it fixed for you as soon as possible. Well I drop it off at jaws auto they told me within two weeks it’ll be fixed. It’s been over two weeks, I’m still car-less, have lost wages due to not being able to find rides to work since I don’t have a car. These people finance people financed me a lemon. Granted warranty is supposedly “fixing” it and we will see once or if I ever get it back. But no rental car, no reimbursements, just a rude very unprofessional lady who will call your phone every two weeks asking for money for a car that’s not even drivable that’s still under warranty. The ONLY person who has been helpful for this has been someone named Janie. She called my phone today (9/5) and told me that my payments will be pushed back so I’m not late on them. So atleast they’re doing that for me, while I’ve still missed TONS of work, I’ve also not been able to attend my college classes because of lack of transportation. I got this car because I thought it was reliable, now I see I set myself back 10X more. I hope you guys stop getting off on poor credit challenged people. I know you might need a vehicle but I promise go to a real one, put that $3,000 down and get a real reliable car especially if you’re going to be paying on it like how I do. I’m supposed to get an update “within a couple of days” so I’ll return to this google review to update it.

Just need it to be known that certain people within this company are BEYOND fantastic! My finaceé had recently had to get her car repaired through a warranty that was given to her on the sale of her vehicle. At first it had seemed like there was no hope, until we spoke with Hannah and Janie at TNT Financial. We worked briefly with Hannah before she had been gone from the office for a moment. Janie took over and went above and beyond her job description and communicated all the way until Hannah returned to office. Both of then are nothing but kind and patient. Glad we got to do work with these amazing women. Thank you again!

I don't normally post reviews. Because I think it's too easy nowadays to ruin a company reputation.
My girlfriend needed a car desperately to get to work. I was Leary of the high interest rates and being used. 10 months later, transmission blows up, 1 week after putting in a new battery. We called them to see what they would do to help us out. Ya right. Car was voluntary replied, and we still owe $13,000.
