No help at all because you talk to anybody. You always get the recorded message. It almost could have lost me an important deal. Fortunately I have an account at Fidelity and they promptly took care of me.

Awesome group (special shout out to Guy Salander!) who helped me secure a mortgage and recommend quality individuals to help through the home purchase process. Any issues that popped up were dealt with in a timely manner and the service was overall excellent!

I made a mistake with a mobile deposit and selected immediate funds and realized that they charge $40.00 for this and I immediately called and talked to several people to let them know I didn't need immediate funds and made a mistake-they said they couldn't credit back the $40.00 fee. I have banked with them for over 40 years without incident and thought there was a reason to stay with your bank and they would help you when you need it. I realize that there is no reason to stay loyal since they do not care about the client only the money they can get out of you. I know that it is not IMPOSSIBLE to reverse a fee- they just have to want to do it.

Long wait times. Online app is always blocked and over half hour wait times to unblock the account.
