Worst bank experience ever! Called to transfer money.. lady said we weren't on that account. ( Minor account) went in the bank to straighten it out.. the CEO Jeff himself told us that that lady didn't work there and that if we didn't like banking there we can go elsewhere! The CEO!!!! Closing our accounts as soon as we can. For a bank in a small town.. you are starting out pretty good there mister Jeff!

Not an ideal place to bank. Always helpful, however I never know my true account balance and often find overdrafts since they haven’t updated their banking app in THREE YEARS. It’s very unreliable. Many people, including myself who live super far from the nearest credit union, mainly use their phones and apps now so this is incredibly frustrating.

Love this credit union. It’s always helping me save money. I can’t use it even when I need it most! Trying to get gas or buy groceries? You can’t use the app OR the website! Thanks Journey!

Not a good bank always missed place money and giving you the run around when u try and call about it if there was a zero star option I would've chose that!

Toni Ruyan is the best!!!!! Not only is she patient with people who just don’t understand the loan process, she explains it so you do. Not only did she answer all my questions she went above and beyond to make sure I was taking care of and knew everything that I needed to before I left the branch. The world needs more people like Toni. She is the best and the brightest person and she shines at what she does. This credit union is blessed to have her!

I had such a wonderful experience working with Toni Runyan! She made everything so easy and answered all my questions, she knows everything there is to know. She's the most helpful employee this credit union has. I've really enjoyed her customer service throughout the years, even when she changed branches I drove the extra way just for her customer service! Anyone needing loans or anything she is the go to woman! The credit union is blessed to have her!

This is my 2 bad experiences. My wife a I save all of our change and 1 dollar bills. Had over $3,000 put away. We had all the quarters rolled which came out to just over $2,000 and just over $1,000 in one's. They used the money counting machine for the ones. She hands the ones to another clerk then tells me there's $2,600 how would I like that back. I said there was over $3,000. She checked with the other clerk and sure enough I was right. Big difference.
When I went to get my truck loan with them I had everything done and set up on Tuesday. So all I had to do On Friday was go in sign the paper work and get the check. On Friday 2 hours before I'm do to get the check they call me at work to tell me that they messed up and the payment per month was actually going to be $100 more. That's $1,200 a year more. How can people at a bank be this bad about numbers? Bank here at your own risk.
