I've been paying on my loan for 2+ years, and couldn't understand why my loan appears to not decrease. I finally do my research on my account and realized I'm paying over $200 in interest a month. When they go over all the paperwork, it's at their office on an electronic computer screen. They're reading it aloud going 100mph. I couldn't keep up with the reading. When I asked questions, their answers seemed legit at the time. But I see now why their setup is the way it is, which is to victimize their customers. You people are horrible.

I'm a repeat customer. I believe this is a great place when you are in need of a loan and perhaps do not have a good credit score. Sure, the loan may be more than the average, but they are clear with finance charges. They can be a smarter choice than other alternatives and should definitely be considered. They'll always be there when you need them the most. Very friendly people.

Was great. Only took 20 min. I was approved and money in the bank. I've sent plenty of people there and they seem to always approve.

I was told that I was approved for a loan and then they tell me I do not qualify for a loan because company pays me by the mile. I have been working for the same company 3 years. And you are discriminating against me. And I made 50,000 dollars last year. I will definitely tell everyone I know not to do business with you.

This place is horrible and should be out of business. And the car dealers that use them to finance are usually in the predatory business as well they did what seemed like a complete audit only to tell me I wasn't approved with a 715 fico!! The loans are based on how they feel about you not your ability to pay

Literally the worst customer service. People are argumentative and their system doesn’t reflect proper amounts dues. Be prepared to overpay for anything with these people.
