I always enjoy my appointment when I go to Mariner Financial! The Staff are totally on their game. Professional, prompt and making loans happen at their own pace. While at my appointment there was one staff that showed The make it happen now. The Staff name is Brittany Stevens! This staff member Deserves every dollars !

We were only looking to borrow a small amount. After a lil deliberation, conferring with us, they were able to get us the money. PLUS pay off a existing car note we had with ANOTHER company!!! PLUS pay off our existing loan we had with them. Totally was not expecting this !!! They did all this while keeping us within our budget!!! Tasha and Gabriella did an OUTSTANDING job on closing the deal with us and we will be returning at a later date for future needs!!!!!! We will be glad to refer Mariner Finance to others. Tim and Marni !!

Their customer service is a 5/5. Super down to earth and lovely people. Absolutely the best to work with and always willing to help.
Maybe it's me, but I don't believe it is, but I have never had so much trouble paying a bill that I want to pay, and have the money for, in my life. I have *never* payed a late fee on bills before, but I've been assessed late fees twice here because they keep saying by bank account is declining. I have seen my bank account withdraw the money for them and then a week later (after the late fee deadline) I get a call from them saying my card/bank declined the payment. I don't think they are lying, but I also know that my bank already took that money out and then after it's gone, the money is being re-credited to my account and I am seeing where Mariner wasn't paid. I have never had this issue before and it is really frustrating when I am paying on time and most often even in person, to confirm everything went through just fine.

They never call you back. My husband has been trying to contact them, and no one answers. Not even to take payments or answer questions. It’s absolutely ridiculous for a business to have business hours that they do not comply too.
