Been with this bank for almost 20 years and now more and more as the years pass they get worse. I was scammed and the bank won’t even try to help me get my money back. I’ve done with they ask and when i do they tell me different. Their customer service sucks! I will be changing banks

Just don't bother with this Bank you do have a better chance of qualifying with them but what they don't tell you is that they charge you late fees even when you're not late ask me more I can give you more details with facts to prove it.

I’ve been trying to pay my visa since January 4th, but for some reason the online service isn’t working and now i have late fees. I’ve tried calling them since the middle of January up until today and still have yet to talk to someone. The phone just rings and they don’t have a voicemail to leave a message. I’ve also emailed them 2 weeks ago and still have not heard from them. I’m moving my services somewhere more reliable. I LOVE Tanaisa, Carol and Senaida but i shouldn’t have to contact them on their private phone just to get an issue resolved with this credit union. I tried to hang in there but I’m done

Been trying to simply open a new account for a week now. It's awfully hard to reach anyone to make an appointment to be allowed to come inside.
Edit: 2nd separate incident: 5/29/22 - Went in mid afternoon to open a huge CD. Them: "The lady that does that, will be in tomorrow." Me: "I'd like to get a Cashier's Check" (for the amount of the attempted CD) Me, again: went to competing bank 1/4 Mi. down the road and opened a CD at a real financial institution.

I have been with Estacado for 5+ years. That’s not that long but it is long enough to tell you that I have had nothing but good experiences there. Yesterday sep 11th I gotten charged a fee for $30 and got it sorted out with axel who was very helpful and even took the fee off . The next day sept 12th and I logged onto my account and now I am -65 on my account . I called to speak with axel but I’m sure he’s busy so i had the option to send a voicemail and I accidentally hung up instead , I called right back to speak with Kelly and I tried explaining to her that I needed to leave a voicemail for axel When she rudely interrupted me and asked me what do you need me to do for you , what is it you want me to do?? Very rude and I said actually YOU can’t help me but I do need your name and to speak with a manager and she said can I try to help you and I said no you’re rude I don’t want to speak to you I need to be transferred and 5 minutes later it’s finally ringing to be transferred so I eventually hung up .
